W6: Construct arguments related to logistical problems by writing supportive argumentative essays

Explain the importance of constructing a logical position or argument for research.  Do you feel that one is harder or more complicated than another? Support your position.

W7: Critique a current research article looking for concerns with errors in reasoning and insufficient evidence

Find a peer reviewed article from the library regarding customer service.  Read and review the article and explain if the author had any errors in reasoning or issues with insufficient evidence.  Did you detect any bias that the author had? Compare your findings to anything that you have seen regarding this in the media, at work or in your life.  Use examples to support your position.

 

W8: Justify arguments and information required to solve real-world problems

Once you have completed the simulation, please arrange to post to the Week 8 discussion regarding your choices in the case study polls.  You should mention how your decisions compared to others and justify the rationale for your answer choice. Please explain areas where more information would be needed to make a sound decision.
